"In approximately 1983 or 1984, the Argentinean toy company Plastirama acquired molds from Hasbro and produced their own G.I.Joe figures under the title "Comandos Heroicos". In addition to re-using the Hasbro molds to create copies of the U.S. versions, they also produced several original figures exclusive to Argentina. Some of the Argentinean exclusive figures were very similar to ones released earlier in Brazil."
